Nuts about Nuts


Most of the fat in nuts is the good type - monounsaturated and/or Omega 3 


The Greeks call the Walnuts "the nut of Jupiter" - fit for the  gods


Research says that, just much a handful of nuts a day and you are fit and raring to go.


So are you nuts about nuts ?

    My son is nuts about nuts! His grandparents initiated the habits of having these nuts daily.

    I am nuts about Cashew Nuts that too salted... not such a fan of others...

    I like nuts. But then, most Bears do, I think. Though cracking them is a bit hard on the teeth. Walnuts and almonds are good; cashews are best. Without salt.

    I am nuts about nuts but unfortunately my son is very allergic to them - nuts are life threatening for him so we don't keep them at home.

    I truly am-nuts for nuts :P They are a powerhouse of energy and I fidn them very tatsy. I cant even have my halwa or kheer unless it has nuts in it !

    I love nuts . Even my fav ice cream is choconuts flavor :) from temptations parlor
    I like baadam and pista more. !! akhrot is they say is good for brain hence I go for it but pista is my FAV!! Hyd is famous to have all nut toppings on sevayya and kheers :D

    When I was growing up, it was always a special treat (expensive you see!) But now that I can afford it, I don't seem to want it anymore :) Though I do love nutty salads, nutty icecreams and nutty kheers!
